I really am enjoying working through satellites, the challenge is fun, can be done with very basic equipment so it doesnt have to be expensive and then there are the 03:00/04:00 wake up calls too!! 😉
So i decided to join Amsat-UK – £15 – peanuts when you consider what is on offer – i really don’t know how or who underwrites the cost of these missions nor the equipment they put up there as I’m sure my £15 doesn’t go very far – I will find out in the future though how it all works – anyway, I thought the least I could do was spend the few pounds to support them and to say thank you!
